Living near the shore can help prevent depression and anxiety in addition to enhancing sleep, according to current scientific studies. The advantages of residing near the sea can actually be felt without ever getting your feet wet.

A coastal lifestyle results in cleaner air. Sea air is less contaminated and cleaner.
